Fix hue2 ambient shimmering

Right now, the ambient mode for HUE 2 Ambient V2 is mostly anoying when doing day to day tasks.

If you ever just moved a window slowly along the screen edges you will see that the leds just abruptly light up with no smooth blending, just as you whould expect since you're not abruptly moving the window.

PS: This also happens with other in-game animations.


It will be nice to have the ability to active some kind of blending, similar to the philips ambilight experience.

    same problem. i dont use it because its to abruptly. but i want to use it.

    Indeed, I noticed the same problem.

    So I don't use this feature even though it was what I was mainly interested in with the hue2.

    Can you suggest a way to reduce the variation and smoother the color change of the LEDs?

    Is there an open source code so that I can test this feature?
