Dell XPS 15's have a known issue with thermal throttling. NZXT CAM is one of the better softwares out there for monitoring fans and CPU / GPU temps. Currently NZXT CAM does not have the connectors to interface into the fan speeds for dell motherboards. All of the other connectors work last I checked except Fan speeds. It would be very helpful for the large community that has Dell XPS 15s (model years 2015 - 2021) to be able to monitor what is going on inside.
