The application does not want to start and slows down the computer startup. It is often necessary to restart the computer two or three times until the application starts correctly.

Basically this. Try to put your PC to sleep, then wake it up and you will see screen get either frozen or don't come up. Or comes up frozen with completely different mode than it was set to. Windows 11, latest updates.

every time i try to launch cam, it crashes after a few seconds, and then not working over a time, and one day it just launched and worked totally fine, until i used mini mode... no it will not launch again
